Refund policy

Wild Fire Wines will refund your order if we are unable to fulfil it. We will let you know if this is the case and the refund will be returned to the credit card you used at time of purchase.

If you change your mind after purchase and before you have received your order, please contact us. We generally do not allow refunds for change of mind, but if you contact us with the circumstances before your order has been shipped, we will see what we can do.
